Company Policy:
Newman Car Creations retains 50% of down payment if customer cancels project.
All returns must include a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) prominently displayed on return package. This RGA# can be obtained from your representative at Newman Car Creations. All credits and returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge and will only be made for goods that are unused, undamaged and ready for resale. Special ordered items are not subject to return for credit or refund. A copy of the original sale document must be included with the returned merchandise. Include current contact information. After 90 days, no credits or refunds will be allowed for any merchandise.
